To ensure fast, reliable and cost-effective shipping, we assist with a complete Logistics Service streamlining the entire process to your door. Our Logistics team work directly with the courier companies arranging the quickest and most cost-effective way to deliver orders to your door.
FedEx & DHL pick up & drop off daily bringing customers sample packs, bulk accessories & fabrics. Most commonly we use FedEx for samples & small packages & DHL for production & bulk orders. Working with our own documentation department allows us to dispatch orders much faster than if we were using a third-party cargo agent.
One working day after dispatch, you will receive a tracking number.
Sending packages to us
Preferable courier – DHL
Remember to tick the box that says “door to door service” or maybe “signature on delivery” as these are trackable.
NEVER use EMS, or any postal services as they can take up to two months to arrive.
Max 10 pieces per poly bag & ensure no price tags are attached. Write on the packing list:
“USED CLOTHING – NO COMERCIAL VALUE – NOT FOR RESALE – SAMPLES ONLY”
Even then Indonesian customs will still need to see a value, so give each article a value of $8 to $9.50 usd & not more than $100 usd in total.
We never know what the cost of the tax & duty that will be applied.
The above is a guide only & there will always be some charges to be paid on import.
Sending accessories or other goods to us
Contact us first prior to dispatch & purchase. Best to inform us via email or WhatsApp with what you’re planning to send us.
NEVER dispatch goods to us without checking with us first.
You are advised to check
Import fees vary from country to country. You can easily check by contacting your local DHL or FedEx office & requesting the cost to import your samples or bulk orders.
You need to simply ask, “May I know what are the regulations importing “ladies clothing made using synthetic fabrics”
In most cases, samples do not attract tax or duty & bulk orders will, import Tax & VAT (or GST).
Import Tax & Duty is calculated on the landed value.
Please ensure your address, postcode & most importantly, your active mobile phone number is correct & monitored. The courier company will call you once the goods are landed in your country & organise delivery to your home. Should the courier try to deliver more than once, & you’re not home, then your order will be returned to Bali. This is costly & cannot be reversed.
