A common mistake made at the begining of any brand, is only considering the first order. The reasons simple. Once your first order starts selling, your more than likely find some styles & colours start to run dry, meaning lost sales.
If you selected your colours to be imported which come in in 70 m lots, roll based per colour then these must be used up in your reorder. This can easily result in you having to order more units than you would have liked as well as adding 3-4 weeks to your timeline in production (for importing)
Conversely, selecting from stock colours you can pick in 20 meters lots, taken directly from our warehouse seeing you re stock order going out the door in 4 weeks.
Please consider your second orders when your selecting colours.
We found in 2018 that 80% all brands who selected from stock colours re-orders in the first year. Compared to those imported rolls of fabric from start, only 50 re ordered the first year.
Placing your second order with us could not be easier. Below we have added two examples on re-orders of 300 & 500 units. Select the one that suits you best or any amounts above.
A. Selecting from our Italian stock fabrics using your previous patterns & grades, 300 units (example 150 sets) MOQ up to 10 styles, 30 units per style, 5 per colour & size.
B. Selecting from our stock fabrics or adding some imported fabrics, using previous or adding new shapes. 500 units (example 250 sets) MOQ up to 10 styles, 50 units per style, 5 per colour & size.
If you want to add some prints to your re orders, then we can print on a Vita PL, the poly version of Vita Nylon that we use for plain colours. You can print any amount, no MOQ, one-week max. to print, 3-4 weeks to manufacture
This is a fast to market service & it’s advisable to contact us to check on the status of production. We need to prepare your order in advance so as soon as your aware of the date you will order, inform us so we can check on fabrics & accessories to match your order.
