We produce custom-made designs on request as well as two collections of ready-to-order designs yearly. Our designs are a combination of our best sellers and our knowledge of what will be trending for the upcoming season.
Any design can be produced in any fabric, colour or print.

Being the only company in Bali with an exemption certificate (bonded Tax-Free company) exempts us from the 35% that all other producers in Bali pay when importing high-quality American, Italian & Korean fabrics. This gives us a huge advantage in production costs & allows us to add sustainably sourced recycled fabrics from Carvico® & ECONYL® in Italy, REPREVE® in the US & Power-Fit from Korea at prices no other manufacturer in Bali can match.Â

It’s well known that the resources of our planet are limited. That’s why we use recycled fabrics made from salvaged fishing nets and plastic ocean waste, preserving our planet and the marine life we all depend upon. We use OEKO-Tex-certified dyes and pack our orders in 100% biodegradable bags made from cassava starch.
When you choose Activewear Bali as your partner in fashion, you’ll be able to rightly claim that your brand is environmentally friendly and your Activewear produced using environmentally friendly materials. It’s worthwhile to note that incorporating recycled fabrics instead of conventional ones reduces your brand’s carbon footprint by as much as 80%.
We contribute monthly to Bali Street Mums, a charitable organization run by Kim from New Zealand. She aims to provide a safe environment for mothers and children who earn a living by scavenging food from garbage dumps and begging. The lives of children are particularly vulnerable to exploitation and misery due to sex trafficking.

Below are some examples of our all-inclusive prices, including imported luxe quality recycled fabrics.
You can expect a resale value of 4.5 times our prices; for example, a full-length legging at 19.00 USD retails for approximately $89.00
You are in this to make money, so compare our prices with another Bali Activewear producer, requesting imported recycled fabrics rather than locally sourced low-quality fabrics.
With any other Bali Activewear manufacturer, you can only purchase around 200 units for the price we charge for 300 units.
The minimum order quantity is 300 pieces per bulk order, for example, 150 pairs of Activewear leggings and sports tops, 30 pieces per design, with three pieces per size, colour, and print. You can combine as many designs, colours, and sizes as you wish.
The MOQ remains the same if you wish to combine our designs with yours.

The first thing you should do is price up your designs. This is an excellent starting point from which you can determine your expected retail selling price & be in the position to get started on your samples any time your ready.

When selecting the fabrics you’ll be using be sure to check out the colours we hold in stock for each fabric.
Your success will depend on the ability to select your colours as & when you need them, without having to wait weeks for custom colours to be dyed and imported.
You will have a better understanding of what’s available & the timelines involved in producing bulk orders once you understand how selecting stock colours effects your bulk POs versus requesting custom colours.
Activewear brands require fabrics with high compression levels, such as Eco Olympus.
On the other hand, brands producing for lighter workouts, athleisurewear, and Yoga require a fabric with more flexibility, such as Comfort Lux or Nulux.
All of our fabrics offer amazing moisture-wicking properties & body-enhancing attributes.
We stock over 30,000 meters of imported recycled Activewear fabrics in 82 trending colours, the largest stock of imported Activewear fabrics in Bali.
We have just added a new fabric named FloTex. Being light in weight, it is most suitable for brands producing for sports brands requiring a fabric such as tennis shorts, skirts, skorts & loose training tops.
Adding custom prints to a collection is much easier than most people realize. We handle all print requests overseas on Italian MS printing machines that are superior to anything we have in Bali.
Prints can be found on websites such as Shutterstock for just a few dollars. Enter a few words in the Search bar describing the print you’re seeking, for example, abstract prints, and select Vector format from the drop-down menu.Â

We assemble Activewear using speciality machines to ensure that seams never bag out or break; for example, the ankle stitch will never gape when stretched & the correct degree of elasticity under the bust and around the waist is added. When selecting your fabrics, choose the fabric with the correct compression and flexibility for your brand’s target activity. Get this right, and the final products will handle even the most extreme workout, looking stylish and comfortable, suitable for the gym, Yoga or everyday Athleisurewear.

For some inspiration, we have an excellent selection of ready-to-order designs shot in August 2023, selected from our best-sellers, as well as our understanding of what will be trending in early 2024. Our only requirement is the codes of the designs you love and the fabric, colour, or print in which you would like them produced.
Your custom logo is then heat-pressed onto the inside and back of each piece, making our designs uniquely yours.
Our designs can be produced in any fabric, colour, or print and can be modified in several ways, for example, by increasing or decreasing the length of a legging or adding mesh panels.
