Once you have selected the designs that will comprise your collection, the next step is to select the fabric/s to produce your designs in.
Before selecting your fabric/s, consider the colours we have in stock, and read below how choosing stock colours versus requesting colours to be imported will affect the total units per colour you have to add and the time required to produce your order.

Once you have selected the designs that will comprise your collection, the next step is to select the fabric/s to produce your designs in.
Before selecting your fabric/s, consider the colours we have in stock, and read below how choosing stock colours versus requesting colours to be imported will affect the total units per colour you have to add and the time required to produce your order.
If the colour/s you are looking for are unavailable in our stock, we require a Pantone reference for the colour you want us to dye. As an example, you want orange. If you enter “Orange Pantone TPG” into Google, you will find something like this: https://tinyurl.com/5dft9dah.
When we receive your request, we will dye your colours in 70m rolls, which must be used in your bulk purchase order. 70m produces approximately 50 Activewear leggings and sports top sets.
The fabrics we offer have been carefully constructed with different degrees of compression & flexibility, allowing you to select the one/s most suitable for the styles you’re producing.
For heavy workout brands, fabrics with greater compression, such as Eco Olympus, produced with Power Fit yarn from Korea, are needed. If your brand requires a lower compression level, we have constructed fabrics similar to those Lululemon offers. These fabrics include Comfort Lux, our most selected Activewear fabric, or Nulux, offering a buttery-soft hand feel and a higher degree of shape retention & our latest edition, FloTex, suitable for tennis attire & the like, a lighter weight fabric again with an amazingly soft hand feel.
As Comfort Luxe and NuLux provide superior flexibility and superb breathability, both can be selected for less rigorous workouts, jogging, & everyday athleisurewear.
Contrary to what most people think, printing fabrics is far easier & faster than dying in plain colours. In most cases, we handle print requests overseas using Italian MS print machines. This is due to the superior colour saturation and softer fabric than anything printed in Bali.
We can also print in Bali on any polyester fabric if you’re short on time.

To assist in your fabric selection, we have assembled one fabric swatch of each fabric on the website, allowing you to know the hand feel & texture & be clear on their drapeability, pilling resistance & texture. All of our fabrics offer excellent shape retention, meaning they return to their original shape after being stretched.
You'll also be able to select colours more accurately using the enclosed matching corresponding laser copy colour cards.

The dyes
In order to dye and print our fabrics, we use Huntsman dyes from the US or Dystar from Germany, both eco-friendly and certified by OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. Also, all water used in the dyeing process is purified prior to disposal.

We hold a tax-free fabric license, saving 35% on high-quality fabrics imported from REPREVE® in the US, Carvico® ECONYL® in Italy, and Power-Fit from Korea. In this way, we can price your designs far lower while adding far superior body-enhancing fabrics to your designs than what is available locally.
