Adding Custom Prints

We offer both digital and sublimation printing depending on the fabric, making us one of the few Bali manufacturers offering full-service print support across all activewear categories. Most brands don’t realise that adding a custom print is easier and only slightly more expensive than ordering custom-dyed solids. Adding signature prints is one of the fastest ways to elevate your activewear range and create standout, high-quality pieces.

We offer two print methods depending on your fabric and end use.
Digital printing on Comfort Luxe or Motion Luxe, our recycled nylon fabrics, infuses dye directly into the fibre for rich, organic colour with an exceptionally soft hand feel and superior body sculpting properties. Best for pilates, studio training, athleisure, and everyday wear.
Sublimation printing on Eco Olympus, our performance polyester, heat-transfers the motif onto the fabric for sharp, vibrant results that hold up under intense use. Best for gym and high-performance training wear.
Both methods use OEKO-TEX® certified Huntsman dyes, are skin-friendly, and hold their colour wash after wash.
Printed fabrics are air-freighted to Bali weekly under our tax-free import licence.

Getting Your Print Into Production

Bulk printed fabric starts at 70m per motif. From the moment your artwork is approved, allow approximately 3 weeks for printing and air-freight before fabric arrives in Bali, ready for cutting. Building a print into your collection from the start of the season is the most efficient way to manage this, and something we help brands plan every day.

How Print Sampling Works

Adding a print to your samples is straightforward. Submit your artwork, and we send back a high-resolution image or video of the printed fabric for sign-off, before a single metre is committed to production. A physical A4 sample on the actual fabric is also available if you prefer something in hand, and arrives within 2 weeks.
Garment samples are cut in plain colours while print approval is underway, so nothing stalls. By the time samples arrive, your print is signed off with bulk fabric ready to order.
Cutting garment samples from actual printed fabric is an option, but the additional import time pushes your overall schedule back considerably. Most activewear brands on a deadline find it is not worth the wait.

Finding and Submitting Artwork

Shutterstock is a practical place to start if you don’t have artwork. Search terms like “seamless sport print,” “activewear geometric pattern,” or “abstract repeat gym print” and filter by vector format. Adobe Stock and VectorStock carry similar libraries.

How to Select Online Prints

When submitting your own artwork, here is what the file needs:
  • Format: vector preferred (AI, EPS, SVG). High-resolution JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, and PDF are accepted.
  • Resolution: 300 dpi minimum for raster files.
  • Pattern must tile without visible joins in any direction.
  • Include a placement guide showing how the print scales across the garment.
Send whatever you have. Our graphics team reviews activewear artwork as part of the process and will advise on any adjustments needed, usually at no charge.

Colour Accuracy

Both digital and sublimation printing reproduce artwork colours with a high degree of accuracy. In rare cases, closely related tones within the same colour family such as greens, greys, or blues, can shift slightly depending on the fabric base. It is uncommon and easily resolved. A 2m strike-off is produced before any bulk run to confirm colour, and any corrections are handled before production begins.
