All orders ship worldwide by DHL Express, collected daily from our facility and typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days, retail-ready and tracked. We dispatch regularly to all ports in Australia, the United States including California, Florida and Hawaii, the UK, the EU, Asia and the Middle East.
Once your sample or production order is dispatched, we send you the tracking number straight away.
Before dispatch, please check that your address, postcode and an active mobile number are correct. If the courier attempts delivery more than once, your package is returned to Bali, which is costly and cannot be reversed.
Import duty and taxes: although we import fabrics tax free under our import licence, duty and taxes at your border are payable when orders arrive in your country. These vary by country and are your responsibility; your local DHL or FedEx office can quote them. In most cases, duty is around 10% plus import tax and VAT or GST.
