Getting started · Start-up & Established Brands

Start Your Activewear Brand

Your activewear line, from concept to sampling, to delivery.

Our team has helped founders like you take their first collections to market for more than 30 years. This page walks you through every stage, from sending over an email or WhatsApp of your styles to your order arriving, what you’ll invest to start, and how to launch squat-proof, high-performance activewear in technical fabrics at a sharp price and on a fast turnaround.

Plan the Range

Most activewear labels open with 4 to 6 styles, such as two tops, leggings and training shorts. Brands focused on court sports often add dresses and skorts. Sample one or two more styles than you plan to sell, then take only the strongest into production. Samples are priced at two times the wholesale price, plus a USD 30 fee for each custom design. The USD 30 fee is credited back when the style moves into bulk, so it’s worth sampling enough styles in the first round.

Established brands, or those who want to test our quality first, are also welcome. Please include your brand name and website so we can see if we’re the right fit.

What We Make, What We Don’t

We make women’s activewear, such as leggings, biker shorts, sports bras, tops, and court sportswear such as dresses, skorts and skirts with built-in shorts. We don’t produce men’s activewear, embroidery or neoprene pieces. We also don’t take on overly complex styles or work from AI-generated handovers.

Costing your collections

Three Ways to Start

Dreaming of your own activewear label? You’re closer than you think. Bring your designs and the social media know-how to get them seen, and we’ll handle the rest, from samples to a finished collection made from high-end imported recycled fabrics.

Getting a price is easy. Send us the styles you want made: your own designs, ones from our range, or a mix of both. All we need to know at this stage is which styles are plain and which, if any, are printed. Colours and prints get chosen later, once you’re happy with the price.

  1. Custom Designs

The simplest route. Share front and back screenshots, line drawings or tech packs, with any changes marked as a Word file or PDF by email or WhatsApp.

  2. Ready Designs

Our Ready Designs are fully patterned and graded across international sizes, so production can start straight away. Browse the catalogue, then list the style codes you want on a sample request form. Many brands go straight to bulk with our designs, saving on both cost and lead time.

  3. Mix and Match

Blend your own designs with ours. Email or WhatsApp screenshots of your styles plus the codes of the Ready Designs you’ve chosen, noting any changes. A super cost-effective way to build a broader collection with shorter lead times.

Worth knowing

Your price estimate lands two to three days after we receive your handover. The clearer the handover, the faster the costing and the closer your samples will arrive as you intended.

Prints

Prints on Activewear

We digitally print on Comfort and Motion Luxe. Your artwork is printed on Italian MS digital print machines, which drive the dye deep into the fabric so colours stay true to life. Printed fabric is flown in weekly to keep your order on track.

Short on time? We can sublimation print in Bali in 2 to 3 working days, on a recycled polyester base.

Colours Beyond Our Range

Need a colour we don’t stock, or have your own fabric supplier? We can usually import it for you.

For custom dyed colours, the minimum is 100 m per colour, plus a USD 100 dyeing charge per colour from the dye house. Orders over 200 m per colour carry no extra charge. Send us a Pantone TPX reference for each colour, and allow 3 to 4 weeks for dyeing.

Fabric Swatch Packs

Feel the compression and texture of each fabric before you sample. Swatch packs come free with any purchase from our shop, or you can order one on its own for USD 75 including shipping, credited back in full when you place your first bulk PO. Each pack includes real fabric swatches in select colours, laser-printed colour cards, a custom-branded jacquard waistband, and commonly requested accessories and packaging.

Here’s an example of what a real client sent for pricing. Each style appears as a screenshot and line drawing with the colours wanted and notes on changes, plus the logo artwork for the label heat pressed inside each piece.

Your Client Coordinator

Once you’ve paid for samples, you’re given your own client coordinator who stays with you through sampling and to the start of production. They check your handover, arrange a call back to confirm the brief and keep you updated along the way. Request a free 2D mock-up of your designs in your selected colours and/or prints, and we’ll provide a mock-up allowing you to make any last-minute changes before we cut the fabric.

We take sampling at a careful pace. Getting the details right the first time means fewer revisions and a stronger base for your bulk order.

After sampling

Support Beyond Sampling

Your client coordinator stays with you after sampling. They help collate your order across styles, colours and sizes so you meet minimums efficiently, and advise on fabric choice, prints and branding, including elasticated jacquard waistbands, under-bust bands, heat press labels and shelf-ready packaging. If a sample or bulk order is obviously different from your handover, let us know as soon as possible. We will review the issue with you and offer solutions such as reworking, remaking, or replacing the affected items.

The same support applies when you order straight from our Ready Designs.

Do you make men’s activewear?

No. We only make women’s activewear, including leggings, biker shorts, sports bras, tops and court sportswear.

How do I plan my budget?
