Activewear Bali is a Bali-based manufacturer producing high-end activewear and performance sportswear for fitness and lifestyle brands worldwide.
We operate as PT King Trading, bringing over 30 years of experience since 1993. We’re the only government-approved bonded manufacturer in Bali. This allows us to import fabrics without the heavy taxes and duties most factories pay, while also sourcing materials quickly. In most cases, ready-to-ship fabrics arrive within 7 days.

Custom Designs

We develop custom activewear based on your designs. To begin, we typically require front and back screenshots, notes on any changes, and ideally a tech pack or clear line drawings.
Within 2–3 working days, we provide clear pricing based on your designs and intended use.
We guide you through fabric selection, construction, and performance requirements depending on your product category.
Ready-to-Order Collections
Alongside custom production, we release ready-to-order activewear collections twice yearly.
These are built from proven bestsellers and updated with new designs based on upcoming trends. You can move faster by starting from ready designs, reducing development time while still producing under your brand.
Ready designs can also be adjusted with your own colours, fabrics, and branding, allowing you to tailor them to your collection without starting from zero.
Stock Fabrics and Speed to Market
We work with premium recycled performance fabrics sourced from the United States and Korea, including REPREVE® yarns and materials aligned with leading mills such as Carvico in Italy. These fabrics are built for durability, stretch recovery, and long-term wear.
Gym & High Support
High support fabrics built for gym addicts — maximum compression, durability under repeated stretch and sweat.
Athleisure & Pilates
Softer, more flexible fabrics suited for athleisurewear & pilates, comfort without sacrificing structure.
Padel & Court

We hold over 85 colours in stock, ready to cut at any time. This allows us to start sampling or bulk production immediately, without waiting on dyeing or imports.

Sampling Studio
We run a dedicated sampling studio with a team of over 60 people focused purely on development. This includes sample merchants, digital pattern makers, and highly experienced sample sewists who work together on each design.
Patterns are developed digitally using 2D AutoCAD to ensure consistent grading, fit, and compression across all sizes.
