Activewear Bali manufactures performance apparel for gym, fitness, studio, court and athleisure brands worldwide. Operating under PT King Trading since 1993, our facility runs specialised stretch garment machinery, in-house pattern development and recycled performance fabrics held in stock.

Fit, Stretch and Recovery
Activewear has to perform under load. Leggings cannot slip at the waistband, a sports bra cannot dig at the shoulder, and four-way stretch has to snap back after every wear.
We produce leggings, sports bras, shorts, tops, skirts, dresses and technical court styles using flatlock and cover stitch construction, with compression panelling where the style calls for it. Patterns are developed in-house in 2D AutoCAD, so grading holds across sizes and repeats years apart.

Branding
In activewear the most effective branding sits on the garment itself. Custom elasticated jacquard waistbands put your logo in direct view every time the piece is worn, and they remain our most requested branding upgrade across every market we supply.
We also produce heat pressed logos, care and size labels, branded zip lock bags and hang tags. Lock your branding requirements in during sampling so nothing holds up your bulk timeline.

Activewear Sampling in Bali
Custom styles sample at 2 times wholesale plus a USD 30 development fee per style, credited back against your bulk deposit. Ready to order styles carry no development fee.
Samples take 2 to 4 weeks, bulk runs 3 to 5 weeks, and DHL Express delivers in 3 to 5 days. Your dedicated merchant handles all of it, start to finish.

Already at volume? The facility runs 250 staff across sewing, QC and pattern making, with capacity for 60,000 garments a month and volume pricing on qualifying orders.
