All production is handled in-house — from cutting and sewing to finishing, quality control, and packing — giving full control over consistency, timelines, and product standards.

Development, Fit & Technical Capability

Activewear requires precision in both fit and fabric performance. Our in-house team includes 8 pattern makers using 2D AutoCAD, supported by 40 sample machinists and a dedicated merchandising team.

We develop and refine patterns across full-size ranges, testing fit, stretch, and recovery — especially important for compression garments and high-movement use. This process reduces issues during bulk production and ensures consistency across all sizes.

We produce a full range of activewear, including leggings, sports bras, tops, and coordinated sets.

We work with performance fabrics such as recycled nylon and polyester blends with elastane, offering:

Construction methods include flatlock and overlock stitching, selected based on fabrics to ensure durability, comfort, and clean finishing.

For orders above 2,000 units, we provide flexible allocation across styles, sizes, and colours.

Final pricing is based on specifications, fabric selection, and construction.
