The slowest part of most production runs is fabric. Mills dye to order, so nothing starts until the fabric arrives, often weeks later.

We remove that wait by holding 85+ recycled fabric colours in stock, imported under Bali’s tax-free license at up to 35% below standard cost. Cutting starts the day your deposit arrives, and every step after that happens in-house, from sewing and finishing to quality control and packing.

Stock colour lead time is 3 to 4 weeks.

All stock fabrics are performance grade: recycled nylon and polyester blends with elastane, offering 4-way stretch, squat-proof coverage, moisture-wicking performance, body sculpting, strong recovery and shape retention.

How Brands Usually Start

No brand moves production on a promise. Most start by sampling two or three styles in stock colours and putting them next to what their main supplier delivers. Stitching, hand feel, fit, recovery. Same scrutiny they’d give any new factory.
If the samples hold up, the next step is yours. Some brands use us for fast restocks alongside their existing supplier, others move their full production to us over time. Either way, there’s no commitment beyond the first order.

Timelines You Can Plan Around

The real answer depends on the fabric you choose. Using our stock colours:

Quotation: 2-3 days after reviewing your design references

Samples: 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity and revisions

Bulk Production: 3-5 weeks once fabrics & trims are ready

Need a custom colour or print? Dyed fabric begins at 100 metres per colour and prints at 70 metres per motif, depending on the supplier. Both are produced overseas, where the quality is well beyond what local mills can achieve, and we fly the fabrics in on weekly flights. Allow a few extra weeks for either option. If you’re short on time, we can also print polyester in Bali in under 7 days.
Please tell us the restock date you’re working toward, and we’ll confirm what’s realistic.

Pre Order Fabrics, Colours and Prints

Most larger brands give us a month’s notice on the colours or prints they will need. We keep that fabric ready, so production begins the moment your PO arrives. It costs nothing and takes weeks off your delivery date. If a colour is running low, tell us before it sells out, not after.

MOQs & Top-Ups

This is what sets us apart from mass-production suppliers.

Custom Designs: 300 per PO, 30/style, 3/size/colour
Top-ups: 150 per PO, 30/style, 5/size/colour

Minimums apply to the whole PO, allowing you to mix styles, colours, and sizes.

Volume Pricing

Orders over 2,000 pieces per PO get about 10% off, as long as each style runs at least 100 pieces and 10 per size and colour. Above 5,000 pieces, we price each style individually, since our fabric costs change at that scale.

Fit and Construction

Our development team includes 8 pattern makers working on 2D AutoCAD, 40 sample machinists, and a dedicated merchandising team. We make leggings, sports bras, tops, shorts, and coordinated sets in recycled nylon and polyester blends with elastane.

Everything is handled in-house, from pattern development, cutting and sewing through to finishing, quality control and packing. Our 250 full-time staff produce up to 60,000 pieces a month, with 99% passing final inspection.

Construction methods include flatlock and overlock stitching, selected based on the fabric to ensure durability, comfort and clean finishing. Every order passes multi-step quality control, covering fabric inspection, cutting accuracy, stitching, finishing and final review before shipping.

1. Send your inquiry and tech packs for the styles you want to produce.
2. We review your details and send a quote within 2 to 3 days.
3. Approve the quote and request samples. We make and send them for your review.
4. Confirm your styles, sizes, and colours. If you are using stock colours, we reserve the fabric in advance.
5. Submit your purchase order and deposit. Production begins immediately if fabric is in stock.

Ethics

Our tax-free Bonded license on the import of fabrics exists due to our business practices. The Indonesian government grants it only to manufacturers who meet standards for fair wages, safe working conditions, and waste management. We follow all the rules and regulations laid down by the manpower department. We also use recycled fabrics and package in biodegradable bags.
