All production is handled in-house — from cutting and sewing to finishing, quality control, and packing — giving full control over consistency, timelines, and product standards.

Development, Fit & Technical Capability

Activewear requires precision in both fit and fabric performance. Our in-house team includes 8 pattern makers using 2D AutoCAD, supported by 40 sample machinists and a dedicated merchandising team.

We develop and refine patterns across full-size ranges, testing fit, stretch, and recovery — especially important for compression garments and high-movement use. This process reduces issues during bulk production and ensures consistency across all sizes.

Activewear Products, Fabrics & Construction

We produce a full range of activewear, including leggings, sports bras, tops, and coordinated sets.

We work with performance fabrics such as recycled nylon and polyester blends with elastane, offering:

  • 4-way stretch
  • Squat-proof
  • Moisture-wicking
  • Body sculpting
  • Strong recovery and shape retention

Construction methods include flatlock and overlock stitching, selected based on fabrics to ensure durability, comfort, and clean finishing.

Tax Free Fabric Import Facility

As a tax-free license facility, we offer efficient fabric importing alongside flexible sourcing options.

  • 85+ recycled fabric colours in stock for faster production
  • Custom dyeing (typically 100 to 450 meters per colour, depending on the supplier)
  • Sourcing from mills such as Repreve (US) and Power Fit (Korea)
  • Digital and sublimation printing with weekly deliveries by air

This allows brands to balance speed, customisation, and cost depending on each collection.

Each project is managed by a dedicated account manager overseeing development, production, and delivery.

MOQ

Minimums are calculated across your whole PO, giving you room to split quantities between styles, colours and sizes as your range demands.

Custom designs: 300 pieces per PO, 30 per style, 3 per size and colour.
Ready to order: 250 pieces per PO, 30 per style, 3 per size and colour.
Top up orders: 150 pieces per PO, 30 per style, 5 per size and colour.

Top ups let you restock a proven legging or bra without committing to a full production run.

Volume Pricing

Larger orders earn better pricing, and the first tier begins at 2,000 pieces per PO with 100 per style and 10 per size and colour. Reaching it repositions your entire quote rather than discounting a single style. The threshold counts every piece on the PO, whether the style came from your own designs or our ready to order range.

Past 5,000 pieces we price collection by collection. Volumes at that level change our fabric buying position, and the resulting numbers are best worked through with you directly.

None of this is a promotional discount. Long production runs cut waste, reduce machine downtime and use fabric rolls end to end, and that efficiency belongs in your price. Specification, fabric and construction still determine the final figure.
