This section covers everything you need to know before starting your activewear production — including sampling, fabrics, printing, branding, timelines, and shipping. All work is managed in-house for precision, consistency, and speed.
Send your activewear designs or select from our ready-to-order catalogues. We prepare a detailed quotation covering fabrics, accessories, branding, and production within 2 to 3 working days.
For custom designs, sampling is required. Provide a clear handover, including front and back screenshots, tech packs, or clean line drawings, with any adjustment notes. Send via email or WhatsApp for faster costings. When possible, keep handovers to one style per page. If you are selecting ready-to-order designs, you can skip sampling and move directly to production.
For custom designs, we require sampling. If you are selecting from our ready-to-order catalogues, sampling is optional, and you can move straight to production.
Selecting our in-stock colours and accessories, samples, and bulk POs move to DHL shipping within 2 to 4 weeks.

The first order is 300 pieces total, with 30 pieces per style. Top-up orders total 150 pieces, with 30 per style. Production is usually 2 to 4 weeks once all fabrics, approvals, and payments are complete.
Yes. We maintain ready-to-order activewear catalogues that you can order in the stock colours shown. Choose styles, confirm colours and sizes, add your heatpress branding, and proceed directly to production. Ask your merchant for the latest catalogue or shop at shop.swimwearbali.com.
Yes. You can combine small runs from ready-to-order collections with custom styles as long as your total order meets the MOQ.
Yes. Each item comes retail-ready. That includes biodegradable packaging, non-branded accessories, and your custom heatpress applied to the inside back, where requested. Custom elasticated jacquard and other branded accessories can be added and are invoiced separately.

Both fabrics are body-enhancing and breathable, and are available in stock colours for faster turnaround.
Yes. We offer digital printing on nylon and sublimation printing on polyester, both using OEKO-TEX certified inks for clarity and depth. Choose the base fabric depending on your artwork and intended activity.
Send vector files in AI, EPS, SVG, or CDR format. If a vector is not possible, send a high-resolution JPEG, PNG, or PDF. Avoid converting low-resolution images into vectors. Artwork should tile seamlessly and be to scale. Our graphics team can assist when needed.
es. We can import fabrics through our bonded tax-free facility. Please note that we do not accept fabric shipments sent directly to us.
Yes. Our Starter Packs and Fabric Swatch Packs help you review quality, fit, and colours before starting production. Both include real fabric samples, colour cards, and accessories — many of which are custom-brandable.

We operate under a bonded KITE import license that allows us to import fabrics and accessories tax-free. The license is issued only to compliant and ethical manufacturers. This reduces costs, speeds turnaround, and ensures transparency.
Yes. Production is entirely in-house by staff paid above the local average wage in clean, safe conditions. We use imported recycled performance fabrics, biodegradable packaging, and strict waste-management systems. We support Bali Street Mums to help mothers and children access safe housing and education.
Samples are payable in full before production. Bulk orders require a 50% deposit before production and a 50% balance upon completion. Payments are accepted in USD. All bank charges, intermediary fees, and exchange differences are the customer’s responsibility.
We ship worldwide with DHL and FedEx. Delivery is usually within 3 to 5 days. All orders are insured, and our logistics team manages export documents for smooth customs clearance.

Yes—each item comes retail-ready. That includes biodegradable packaging, non-branded accessories, and your custom logo heat-pressed to the inside back of each article.
If you’d like custom-branded accessories, we can add those too—they’re invoiced separately.

Samples typically take 2–3 weeks, depending on how complex your designs are and how many are in the queue.
Bulk orders take around 4–6 weeks, though timing can vary based on season and order size.
We always aim to get samples right the first time, so allowing extra time is a good idea.

To get the best print quality, here’s what we need:

- Send vector files in AI, EPS, SVG, or CDR format.
- If vectors aren’t possible, use high-res JPEG, PNG, or PDF.
- Make sure your artwork tiles seamlessly and is scaled to the actual print size.
❌ Don’t:
- Convert low-res images into vectors—this results in poor-quality.
Yes. Starter Packs include your selected set, real fabric swatches, printed colour cards, and accessory options—many of which can be branded with your logo. Having a pack to hand allows you to know the feel of the fabric when worn, our production quality and sizing. Sampling & Development
All activewear patterns are created using our in-house 2D AutoCAD software (DXF format), ensuring precision and consistent sizing.
This also allows us to make quick adjustments—like raising a waistband or refining fit—within minutes.
Custom Designs
They are priced at 2 × the estimated bulk price, plus a $30 development fee.
Example: A sports bra with a $14 bulk price = ($14 × 2) + $30 = $78
A Sports top + leggings count as two styles.
Ready-to-Order Designs
Cost 2 × the bulk price, with no extra fees.
Example: A $14 sports bra = $28 sample.

Yes, we do. Our sizing is based on international body standards, and everything is digitally graded using 2D AutoCAD software—which is much more accurate than old-school paper patterns.

Ordering from stock colours means you can start with just 30 pieces per colour across any mix of styles.
Need a custom colour? That’s possible, too—minimum 70m pThat’sour and adding just two weeks to your timeline. (70m = around 200 bikinis or 100 sets).

Not at all. Our stock fabrics are brand new, flown in weekly in 70m rolls, and kept fresh for ongoing production.
Yes. We offer custom-branded elastic jacquard, used around the waistband or under-bust for sports bras, shorts, or leggings.
This is a high-impact way to elevate your branding and is billed separately from your base price.

Payments, Shipping & Logistics
PAYMENT & SHIPPING TERMS
Samples – Payable in full before production.
Bulk Orders – 50% deposit before production; 50% balance payable on completion.
Goods ship only after full payment is received in our account.
Payments accepted in USD (or AUD if invoiced separately).
All bank charges, intermediary fees, exchange rate differences, and PayPal fees are the customer’s responsibility. Underpayments will delay production or shipping.
PayPal (Samples only) – Add 5% to total. Send to: [email protected]. Include your invoice number in notes.
Bank Transfer – Instruct your bank to send as “FULL AMOUNT SEND” to ensure exact payment is received.
Yes—we ship worldwide via FedEx or DHL.
Shipping usually takes 2–4 working days from the time your goods are picked up.
Import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Due to Bali’s strict import laws, we recommend using our company DHL account for smoother clearance.
If you’re using your own courier, we’ll need to approve your packing list and declared values before shipment.
Sending items without approval can cause delays or even goods being confiscated.
