Approved Samples to Production
Before bulk production starts, your approved samples must be returned to us. We use them as physical reference to ensure your bulk order matches exactly what you approved. Using our DHL account is the fastest route as Bali customs can cause delays, and samples sent this way typically return within days. If using your own courier, please send us your packing list first.
Activewear MOQs
Our MOQs reflect what it actually takes to build a commercially viable activewear collection. They are not the lowest in Bali, and that is intentional.
Leggings and sports bras drive most activewear sales, while shorts, tops, and studio pieces support them. Brands that spread orders evenly across every style risk overstocking slow movers while selling out of their best performers, losing customers who cannot find what they came for. Concentrating your initial order on your strongest three or four styles gives your brand the best chance of a clean first season.
Custom Designs
300 pieces total, 30 pieces per style, minimum 3 per size and colour. A typical order might include 2 legging styles, 3 sports tops, and 1 pair of training shorts.
Ready-to-Order Designs
250 pieces total, 30 pieces per style, minimum 3 per size and colour. A typical order might include 2 legging styles, 1 shorts style, and 3 top styles.

Size Ratios
Size ratios matter more in activewear because fit is critical. Customers who cannot find their size leave immediately. Sizes S and M make up the majority of sales across most markets. We recommend starting with 5 S, 5 M, and 3 L, then adjusting for your specific customer. We produce from XS to 3XL across all styles.
Top-Ups
After your first bulk order, reduced minimums let you restock your strongest sellers without a full production run.
150 pieces total, 30 per style, 5 per size and colour, using existing styles in stock colours only.
Mixing Across Collections
Custom and ready to order activewear styles can sit in the same purchase order, with the combined MOQ holding at 300 pieces. Once that threshold is reached, swimwear styles can be added from a single design at 30 pieces using in-stock fabrics. For example, you can combine 2 custom styles and 1 ready to order style, then add swimwear once the 300-piece threshold is met. Send your full order with fabric selections and colourways via email or WhatsApp.
Production Timelines
Sampling takes 2 to 4 weeks once we have fabrics and accessories in hand.
Bulk production takes 3 to 4 weeks after sample approval.
As Bali’s only activewear manufacturer operating under a Bonded Tax Free Facility, we stock over 85 on-trend colours imported from Korea and the US. Production starts as soon as your deposit clears, with no fabric wait and no gap between sampling and bulk.
Branding
In activewear, the most effective branding lives on the garment itself. Custom elasticated jacquard waistbands put your logo in direct view every time the garment is worn, and they are consistently our most requested branding upgrade across every market we supply. We also produce heat-pressed logos, woven, care, and size labels, branded zip lock bags, and hang tags. Lock in your branding requirements during sampling so nothing delays your bulk production timeline.
Quality Control
Every order passes a three-stage quality check covering seam strength, compression recovery, and colourfastness before branding is applied. Each piece is individually packed in a biodegradable zip lock bag and shipped via DHL Express, arriving in 3 to 5 days, ready to sell.
