Operating under PT King Trading since 1993, we specialise in scalable activewear manufacturing built around durability, fit consistency, and technical performance.
We produce leggings, sports bras, training shorts, and studio wear for gym, Pilates, padel, and movement-focused activewear brands using compression fabrics, sculpting performance textiles, and flexible stretch materials engineered for comfort and recovery.
Our sampling and production divisions are designed for efficient scaling, combining precision garment construction, accurate fit grading, and reliable repeat manufacturing across both start-ups and established brands bulk production runs.
While Activewear Bali focuses on technical performance apparel, our sister division Swimwear Bali specialises in custom swimwear manufacturing in Bali.

We produce custom activewear at scale and are a leading Bali-based manufacturer for private label activewear production. We specialise in all types of activewear, from the gym to the court to studio as well as athleisurewear. Every article is constructed using flatlock stitching, reinforced seams, contour panelling, with or without removable padding, with strong compression and high-stretch performance assembly techniques designed for long-term wear and fit retention.

Performance Fabrics
We source recycled Korean and US activewear fabrics with more than 85 colours held in stock for immediate sampling and bulk production. Additional fabric importing is available on demand without long overseas sourcing delays.
Eco Olympus is designed for high-compression activewear requiring strong support and shape retention during training.
Comfort Luxe offers a softer and more flexible feel suited to Pilates wear, studio collections, and elevated everyday activewear.
Motion Luxe delivers a smooth second-skin finish with body-sculpting support and contouring properties ideal for form-fitting activewear and movement-based training.

Precision Pattern Making & Consistent Fit
Custom Activewear designs are developed using our inhouse digital 2D AutoCAD pattern systems to ensure precision grading, accurate sizing, and repeatable fit consistency from sampling to any production run. Digital pattern development allows us to handle super fast refinements & fit edits, and are far more accurate compared to traditional manual pattern methods.

Bulk Activewear Production Capacity
Our manufacturing systems are structured for scalable activewear production, supporting brands from initial collection launches through to high-volume repeat orders.
Digitised workflows, standardised assembly methods, and multi-stage quality control systems help maintain construction accuracy and production consistency across every stage of manufacturing.
After initial production, we also offer lower MOQ top-up orders to help brands restock best-selling styles without committing to full bulk quantities.

Adding Prints (if required)
If you want prints added, we use high end Italian machines on recycled performance fabrics to produce vibrant, true-to-life imagery. Our graphics team can assist with layout and preparation, normally, free of any charges.

Custom or Ready Designs?
Custom Designed Activewear
First things first, send over your custom designs as front and back screenshots, tech packs, or detailed line drawings with notes on required adjustments and selected fabrics. Within two to three working days, we provide clear pricing based on your designs and fabric selection.
Patterns are developed digitally in 2D AutoCAD for accurate grading and fit consistency across production runs. Every article is assembled using flatlock and coverstitch machinery to ensure smooth seam finishes, durability, and long-term performance.
This creates a structured manufacturing pathway from concept development through to finished bulk production.

Ready To Order Activewear
We offer a curated range of best-selling activewear styles, including refreshed core pieces and commercially proven designs for gym, Pilates, padel, tennis, and athleisure brands. Each article is produced using the same recycled performance fabrics and construction standards used across our custom activewear manufacturing.
Our ready-to-order collections are patterned to international sizing standards, allowing brands to reduce or completely skip the sampling stage while maintaining reliable fit consistency and faster production turnaround.
If sampling is required, styles can be purchased directly from our shop or submitted through the sample request form using our design codes. Once received, our customer liaison will get back to you.
